If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a commercial 90-day returns policy. You may return eligible products within ninety (90) days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
Before you return your order, please make sure that:
- You are still within 90 days of the delivery date.
- The product is returned in its original condition.

14-day statutory cancellation right
Where the statutory right of cancellation applies, you may cancel an unpersonalised order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The statutory right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised. This statutory right is separate from our 90-day commercial returns policy and does not affect your other statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. Refunds under our 90-day commercial policy are issued to the original form of payment and are normally processed within 5 working days of receipt.
Where you validly exercise the statutory 14-day cancellation right for an unpersonalised item, we will also refund the original standard delivery cost in accordance with your statutory rights.
Shipping charges
Returns are free within 90 days of delivery. To return an item, contact our customer service with your order number: we will send you a prepaid return label. Additional or premium delivery charges are not refundable under the 90-day commercial returns policy.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Sale items
Sale items may be returned under the same 90-day commercial returns policy, provided they otherwise meet the conditions above.
