Excellent service Unfortunately the dog harness ordered came up extremely small and had to be returned, I e/ mailed the company and they returned my request for a larger size within an hour. Trustworthy company with great service. And all this in the middle of covid19. Thank you

Great range of dog tags and really easy to order

Absolutely love the tag and is great quality. Good customer service too.

We love our little ‘bone’ shaped tags with different icons and fonts, we have a red and a blue quick clip to fasten to our collars. It took weeks to deliver as we live on an isle in the UK. (We we’re about to move house and needed them quickly.)

My tags arrived and are lovely. The delivery took slightly longer than normal due to corona virus restrictions, but that can't be helped. I am a happy customer

Great purchase! I ordered a dog tag in lockdown, our post can be a bit hit or miss so emailed them just to check on status of the order. Quick response and helpful. Tag arrived later that day (one day later than the normal delivery). Not bad at all in the current climate! Tag looks great, it’s clear, personalised and professional and makes a lovely sound when she walks! Thank you!!! I’ve already recommended the company!

Very pleased with the dog tag that I ordered. Due to covid 19 there was a delay in delivery however customer service team were great and very helpful.

Initially, I was a bit disappointed when my tags didn’t arrive, but after a couple of emails (that we’re responded to very quickly) dogstag very kindly agreed to re-send my order at no extra cost. They have now arrived and look fab on my dog. Would definitely use again!

Great to have a choice of styles and colours. Lettering was a big smaller than I had hoped but still happy with the product.
