After clamping them down, we have never had a problem with the tags falling off in the 6 months we have had them.

Exactly as expected. Using suggested sizing, it fit onto the collar snugly and perfectly. The engraving size is generous.

Overall I do like this tag. It sits very securely on the dog's collar. My only complaint is that one of the numbers was cut off even though it showed on the template.
